Another do I look to big, sorry

This is my home bread connie x, was hoping he was going to be a little bigger and hopefully he bulks out a bit with work. Wont be selling him on, ( would worry to much about his future as not a childs pony )but was wondering if I could get away with him as my riding club pony

I'm about 5 ft and weight fluctuates between 9.5 stone and 10.
Pony is 14.1 at a push 14.2

Ooops silly me bred!! Sorry guys its just that at 10 st and I might be up to 10.4 at the min eek, I thought I was a bit heavy. He is quite narrow too, but hoping that will change as he's only 5. Thanks everyone for the replies. And the he might look like a little cutie but he a little ****** with a huge attitude.
