Another dog attack :-(

Children are not taught these days how to behave around dogs..one of those ear piercing squeals while running about is enough to start something .If only they were taught to be quiet and calm around dogs a lot of it would never happen..

That quote above, I hope you are in no way saying that Jade deserved what she got. I am a parent of a child the same age, who yes does know how to behave around dogs but if he was dismembered by a pack of them I would be asking for vengeance.
