Another failed bid to overturn the ban!.

Why has the CA and others launched a legal fund if they're getting their legal advice free? Surely they're not obtaining money from their supporters under false pretences, are they?

Of course not. The CA pays for most of their legal work - a lot of it at 'preferential' rates - but there are lots of associated costs with legal actions too.

How much does Richard Furlong charge?

You're not exactly getting value for money there, are you?

If the CA insists on hauling its doomed case into the ghastly EU bureaucracy I suggest they find themselves some decent lawyers, as opposed to giving the case to some chump simply because he squeezes himself into those ridiculous skin-tight hunting breeches of a Saturday.

If you google 'Edward Fitzgerald', one of the lawyers employed to take the case to the EU, you will see he is far from a 'chump'.
