Presume it's because you have to pass over someone else's land. The railway is just at the other side of the house so the people who originally lived there must have come by rail?

Oh I see! Arrive by rail how fancy! It’s a lot of money, can you imagine trying to make workmen to make the trek?

It's a lovely location, but the asking price seems a lot for something that damp, with no mains services and having to pay for vehicular access (which presumably could be refused at some point)

It’s remote but it says it’s on the main hiking route, so I don’t now how much privacy you’d get.
