I would love to hear your veiws on how much you would expect this horse to be priced at:

8yo irish sports horse, 16hh, gelding
Winning in unaffliliated showjumping and dressage
Qualified for the festival of the horse last year showing
Been xc schooling, not actually competed though
Completely safe hack, anybodys ride.

Ok the downsides - he can be a bit funny to catch in the field sometimes
loads into a wagon absolutly fine but not keen on trailors
has to be sedated to be clipped.

Thats all I can think of really.

I'd say about the same, we recently paid £3500 for similar - she is a bit older, but has won xc, hunted and is 100% to load lorries and trailers and ok to clip, fine to ctch with a feed scoop!
 
Don't know who he's by. He is fully passported and papered. I don't think he's fantastically bred though could be wrong.

I don't really want to post pics on an open forum because he's not mine. He's not advertised so there's not an advert I can show you. Sorry. He is a pretty boy though - dapple grey
 
Should be in his passport? Our girlie is a King of Diamonds granddaughter, which I imagine added to her value, coupled with the fact she has had a foal successfully a couple of years ago so I guess could be called a proven broodmare? But she is 12, so I would think this lad should be worth just as much as her?
