Sorry to bore everybody as I realise this has been done to death but I would really appreciated some imput from people who know what they are talking about. I currently have this mare on loan and am basically taking her in part exchange for my 5 year old.

Fantastic RC all rounder who gives everything 100%. Happily pops round 1m courses with me (and im hopeless!) never stops, does an accurate Prelim/ Novice dressage test but with help would probably go further. Hacks alone/ company. More than capable of Pre Novice BE- schools over Novice/ INT fences. We have done a bit of everything this summer and never been out the rosettes. Her only big down fall is that she weaves in her box though we pretty much have that under control now. Now to me she really is worth her weight in gold and I wont ever part with her but I need to put a value on her for the above reason.

Without the weaving about 5-6 K
With the weaving I would say around £3500, but that is just me, some people don't mind a vice as much.
 
£2750-£3500 hard to put an exact price on a horses head but those would be a guideline from my point of view and i see horses as a living, the weaving is a big big downfall as a lot wont touch a horse with vices. Also you didnt say if she is BSJA reg and has winnings? If she does then that would also make her price rise accodingly
 
Sorry yes she is reg BSJA, I *think* she has about £100 on her card from limited outings BN/ Disc but would have to check that.
 
I agree with the others, although the weaving does not bother me personally you have to think about re-sale, keeping the condition on etc. So would only pay about £3k.
 
I would say about 4 -5k, weaving isn;t really a big prob and most people wouldn't know! Friend recently paid just under 10k for a fantastic horse that weaves! What they do in there time is up to them!
 
Well, I'm afraid I disagree with most of the above. You can't get anything nice for less than £3k whether it weaves or not. Your mare looks and sounds fab & I would say at least £6k!

grrrrrrrrrr so why is my 15,2hh piebald cob who can do all of the above with no vices on the market for 4k and i,v had no phone calls ?????????

All I know was that we couldn't find nothing that was even schooled in the summer for less than £4k and we even travelled up to Wales. We even had one on loan that was being asked £5k for and it couldn't even canter a 20m circle - had a fab jump though but god knows what it was like around a course. Perhaps it's the time of the year "Clipertyplop"?
