Quick background; my pony has had tendon and pedal bone injuries over the past few years resulting in about 9 month of box rest in total.
Recently she has been getting worse to school and finding bending extremely difficult, so today we ad the chiropractor out to look at her back. Chiropractor is also a vet and when I trotted her up thought she was slightly short behind. She flexed her and she became properly lame, suspecting arthritis in the hocks
Plan is to get her taken for xrays and diagnosis asap, does anyone have any experience with this type of thing, recovery time, outlook etc? She is 15 so getting on a bit which won't help.
I'm just gutted, every time things are going well something like this happens
