Another livery question - essex!

Hi

I am looking for livery in essex, braintree/dunmow and surrounding areas. Either a diy/part liv yard. Must have desent menage and turnout! If anyone knows of any would appreciate any info on nice ones or ones to avoid! Also would possibly consider renting yard if not too big.

I am at Tattersalls Farm, Sible Hedingham and have been there 10 years nearly! Manege is ok, daily turnout (half days in winter), big loose boxes, quiet hacking friendly fellow liveries.

Beech Cottage livery is at Beasley End, near Gosfield that has two nice maneges, regular turnout and ok hacking.

Poole farm in great yeldham.
Pond Farm at duck end stebbing might be worth trying.
Shazhada stables is at little easton just outside dunmow, but i'll reserve judgement on the YO lol.
Ashfields in Great Canfield is loveley so are the managers wilf and zoe.
Attridges in High Roding is ok, same with country farm also in high roding.
Really hard area to find yards to rent. Only one place i would stay well clear of in sible hedingham as it has fields infested in ragwort but you can't see any evidence of it at this time of year, Jane has probably seen it from the road.
 
I used to live and livery in Dunmow- loads of yards round there- have you tried the one in High Roading BHS registered or there is one in Writtle, or a small private yard on the B184 Ongar Road, or there is one in Ford End- that is REALLY SMART! there's another small yard in Great Easton, another smart on in Duck end... tbh there are soooo many yards within a 10 mile radius of Dunmow- I just dont have my diary on me with the phone numbers- I used to teach round there so know many of them!
