Another Livery request, Vale of Belvoir this time

Looking for the perfect yard, maybe not "livery yard" as such, maybe just a private yard with floodlit school ? Must have's all year turn out, access to safe road hacking, company for my 10 yr old TB mare but I don't need nannying ! Would pay for full livery (no riding though) or do at weekends and I can turn out/feed on way to work if needs be. Horse prefers company when turned out but is well mannered and barefoot. Any takers ? or am I living in cloud cuckoo land ?

When I say "perfect" I don't mean it has to be immaculate/posh etc ... No takers anyway ? I work near Loughborough by the way so anywhere on the route considered...
