Chloe (my mum's horse) is going on permanent loan to a local riding school on Sunday. The school owner's are happy to sign a contract and I'm trying to adapt the BHS one now...
Is there anything in particular that needs adding because she's going to work in the school, rather than private ownership?
They've got liability insurance, but we're going to carry on with the vet's insurance for now as it's too expensive for them to cover all their horses for vets fees.
The other thing is termination of loan - mother doesn't want any clause included that says the school can return her, whereas I think 2 months notice is reasonable, and very unlikely anyway. I'd rather have the option to take her back if I think she's unhappy, and think it's only fair it works both ways
Thoughts?
Thanks
