What is wrong with these people, another example it appears of indivduals previously convicted for animal cruelty still offending.
Surely there other ways of earning a crust, it seems some individuals have a pathological desire to preside over a vast number of animals, even when they become so overtsocked that any chance of looking after them properly (and getting a good price for them) is impossible. I just don't get it.
