OK identical horses but one is coloured and one is bay which is worth more? or are they both worth the same? What is the difference in price if there is one?

They are for arguements sake RC allrounders aged 6, good in every way nothing special but safe and sane. Could low level event/BSJA/Dressage but not special. Height around 16hh.

I wouldnt pay more based on colour, sure I have my dream horse with my dream colouring in my head, but I have never bought a horse based on colour, I am not into showing so it doesnt bother me in the slightest- I actually found Oshk's colour a bad thing- much as I love it now, but I do believe coloureds are the fashion at the moment, which is great for me-I am fashionable

The coloured would cost the most.

Its a fact of life. Something that it is slightly different to the norm ( say in this case a coloured warmblood) would seem to add money on top for just being different.

However, with the likes of the big hairy ones there are quite a few around so there wouldn't be such a demand

The coloured would probably be worth more because they are 'fashionable' atm. To me they would both be worth the same, i like coloureds but i wouldn't pay more for one than any other colour - a good horse is never a bad colour.

No one in my family would ever buy a horse just because of its colour

Coloured would be worth more, but I would go for the Bay as its cheaper
