Thanks to Wild_Spirit's link on my previous post I found this chap - not clued up on spotted horseys - so not sure what colour he will end up like ? ? ? ? Or what I really think of the colour

But the link is:
http://www.tresaisonstud.co.uk/Horses%20For%20Sale.htm

And it is the first foal called Tresaison Husqvarna.

What do we all think? And anyone out there know about spotted horses and have an idea of how he will mature?

I have ditched the second foal I posted about - but the first one is still up in first place! (just a little update!)

I like him - seems lovely - not seen the first foal that you posted. but like him alot more than the second one you posted about!

he looks nice from the pics, i know nothing about spotties but in the current climate the price is quite high for a foalie praps, but like i said i know nothing of spotties breeding, ect. He looks an nice athletic chap. If you go and see him stand infront when he trots towards you, the way he is stood in the pic on the right fore looks a little odd, but maybe its just that< just the way that he is stood!! Very sweet tho!!

ooooh yes, the WB X - now HE is stunner (and I don't usually go for solids!!).

The little spottie, I don't know. His colour is nice but I don't think he's anything special to be honest...

Just got pix from breeder of his mummy as a foal, then at 18mths and then mature with foal at foot - I can not believe the change - suppose it is like greys!.............
His mum looked just like him in the pix on their site, but she had more of a blanket - she is now white with a few brown specks - not sure now......
........... Or if I can bring myself to have a horse with no TB blood lines at all

I like the look of him but it's difficult to tell from those photos. If you aren't sure have you seen the colt reference HM851NFG9 on horsemart? He is rising two and bay so not sure if it's what you are looking for but worth a look.

Thanks will take a look..... was looking more for 2008 foal, but tbh good ones seem so few and far between I think I need to start widening my search!

Wow! lovely spotty!!!
As far as colour goes, who knows! its possible he may colour out into more of a blanket and just stop at that, but like youve said about his mum he could colour out even more.. personally i dont think he'd colour out to full leopard, but i may just be talking poo!
He's gorgeous!

Oooo, well, now you're talking!
We took an appy mare down there to put to Dancer a couple of years ago, and a friend purchased a weanling knab filly from Lesley the year before. Lesley is a serious appy/knab breeder with some superb stock and a fountain of knowledge.

Harley is a fantastic stallion, has a super temperament and moves and jumps well. I think there is a video on youtube of Harley jumping at his grading.
I believe the stud retained their first filly out of that colt's dam, and certainly the last colt (full brother) was sold to Australia to stand in a few years time. The dam's bloodlines are excellent, as are Harley's.
Lesley's had all her foals up for sale since birth, and the above mentioned colt is now up for a hell of a lot less than when he first went up - whether that's due to him or current financial situations I don't know, but I REALLY think he's worth a look.
Knabs are sportier than Appys, and although there's no TB in there, they are real allrounders & performers.

He may stay with just some snow-flaking on his bum, he may flake out a bit more, but I don't think he'll leopard! Lesley is hot on her colour genetics, she may have an idea how he'll end up.
