The post below got me thinking, J is a completely b****r in his downwards transitions in that he will 'yawn' when you come down to walk/trot. My trainer longs to put a flash on to stop this habit, but when I tried one he tried to kill me (only a slight exaggeration) He was the same with the drop. So we have just left him with a plain cavesson.
Thought he might tolerate a grackle better as the wouldn't be so concentrated in one place, the only dressage we will be doing really seriously is BE anyway so would be allowed, but what do you think? Would a grackle help at all with this problem? Worth trying?
