Another premier equine praise

I bought air cooled competition boots for front and back in June 09

Last week, cobby whacked his hind leg so much so that the poly carbon shattered, the bit which protects the cannon bone!

Good old PE, sending me a new pair FOC and want the old ones back so they can continue to improve their boots.

Very impressed indeed!

They replaced a rug I wasn't happy with - the D-rings snapped after a week. I sent an email to complain, and the next day there was a brand new replacement rug brought by courier. Very courteous service.
