another rug question

Hi, please help.
I'm looking for a turnout rug around 200g, with a detachable neck - zip or velcro - that isn't going to cost me an arm and leg. Needs to be suitable for a very cobby, thick, short necked horse - some brands don't go round his neck.
Any suggestions please

IV horse do reasonably priced 200g rugs with a seperate neck. My friend got one in her local tack shop for under £60
