Another showing question

Going in youngstock m&m class tomorrow and now having second thourghts about my outfit.
I have an old tweed jacket which allthough in good condition looks dated compaired to the ones everyone has these days.
Or my daughters waistcoat (we are the same size) with matching tie and white shirt this is lovely and looks very posh, only problem is its pink (bloody kids).
I was going to go with the waistcoat as all the other m&m classes we have done lots of people seem to wear them, but just not in pink.
Now im thinking the old jacket might be better even tho we wont look as posh?

Take both, look at the schedule and try to get a look at the judge, bound to be judging a few classes. Old school, over 50 tweedy type: wear the tweed. Young and trendy judge: wear the wasitcoat.

If you go with the waistcoat .. Even though it's pink .. At least you'll stand out!

Unfortunatly we are walking up and will be carrying what we need with us, so need to keep it light.
Could nag the bloke currently snoring on the sofa to dash up with jacket when we get there if judge looks tweedy

id personally go with the tweed.. no offence but i dont think pink for an adult is deemed correct.

Why not wear the waistcoat and tweed jacket over the top? then when you get there make the assessment!

I agree that pink is not noramll adult colour in showing (which i am not happy about Ido have to say!) but I agree it will stand out, and if its a local show you might be ok!
