Of course the RSPCA will use photos as a marketing tool. Pictures of fluffy bunnies will not encourage people to donate. The very fact that there are photos means that there are welfare cases out there. although not a huge fan of the RSPCA at the moment they are the agency who have to deal with welfare cases the majority of the time. without them who else would the general public/police etc all go to? Perhaps the RSPCA needs to change but I don't think they should be extinguished - what else would we do?
