She spent the morning refusing point blank to leave OH's side

and even asked to go out for a wee (I'd not let her out since the vets incase she got cold, as her temp was very low at the vets). I think, aside from the drop in weight which I guess is to be expected, she's going to be just fine. Am so so happy, we all are. She's still on precription food but I've added a sprinkle of her usual Iams onto her supper which she seemed to enjoy, and have been giving her warmish water as I was worried cold water would aggravate her tummy.
So all in all think yesterday she was just shell shocked. Today sh's been practising her 'sit' and 'down' and tomorrow I might take her to the yard and let her stretch her legs a little. Mum and dad visitied and I got one HELL of a lecture off father for havin not kept a close enough eye on her but he agreed she looked much much better. Thankyou all again for your vibes, cannot tell you how much of a scare it was for us, and here;s to a happy healthy 2010.

Ps, if there's anyone in the leicester or northampton area who would like a dog walking friend... I don't kow anyone round here who actually enjoys walking, and we'd love someone to walk with sometimes

What great news. Glad to hear she has her wag back. It has to be serious when they lose that, Nice to hear that she is friends with your OH again.
