I’ve had a rare few hours out socialising today, was going to take him as it was to my old bosses new yard for his birthday so Cecil
Is welcome but as they have a (yellow) lab and I knew the pair of them would run like nutters and it was so hot I decided to leave him.
Another old boss came by and text me to say he’d been and left me two buns, a danish type thing and an iced bun on the hot tub. Of course I forgot, and home let the dogs out and went to do the horses.
When I got back Cecil had the bag and had eaten the danish but the iced bun is totally untouched and he was just growling lightly at it ?
I put it on a plate, contemplating if it was ok to eat… he’s sat staring and growling like he’s really worried by it ?
I didn’t disturb the bun theft, he just says he dislikes iced buns as much as black labs.
Also on a slightly different note I remembered old old work also had a black lab bitch who he used to like, not on a level with the hello boy but I’m going to take him over and just see what he’s like with her. She definitely won’t go back at him if he does get funny so I think he’ll just get over himself ?
