Tongue in cheek post to cheer me up for my bad decisions in taking him in the school right after bathing him
In my defence the surface doesn’t usually stick so thoroughly

I have a young grey. At this point he is still quite dark and roany-dapply - a friend described him as purple. The lovely thing about this stage of his colour is that he absolutely hides the dirt. However my hands are a huge giveaway. I've been at a clinic today and although I was quite pleased with how smart my horse appeared, my hands were absolutely filthy from touching him. Which then transferred to my white shirt and probably my face, but I forgot to take a mirror so had to make do with a baby wipe and a prayer.
