Right i know there are alot of these posts out there but they dont seem to answer my questions!!
I had a worm count done in January on Ty and Inky, both came back <50.
I always worm in March and September for tapeworm using Equimax, Febuary and october/November for ESR using Panacur guard 5 day plan, and Equimax again Dec for Bots.
I dont want to give them any other wormers if i can help it as im trying to reduce the amount of chemicals etc so would like to rely on worm counts. I know the counts dont cover the above worms thus i worm as above.
They were last wormed March with Equimax and they are the only two ponies that graze my fields and i regulally poo pick.
Now the question is at what times of the year should i get worm counts done??? And how many a year should i do???
