ditto, there are real welfare cases out there to get upset about, rather than some horses you think might be a bit cold, although i can see your heart is in the right place.
id be naffed of if someone was telling me what rugs to use, and i wouldnt dream of telling someone else what rugs to use, they are using their own judgement

Funny enough thats pretty much what my mother said to me implying something i experienced a couple of months back which was worse than cold horses!

I would maybe mention it in a way thst doesn't sound bossy or nosy,maybe say just to let you know your 2 looked a bit chilly last night when i walked past them, or i was saying hello to your boy last night and he seemed cold behind his ears......... something along those lines. I've told another fellow livery before about her boy being cold or too hot in his rug and she's thanked me for it as she's forgotton to change it and rushed down or asked me if i'd do it.I've always been somewhere where i get on really well with the other liveries as they've been my friends anyway or i've known them for years so we don't think twice about telling eachother if there's any queries on our horses etc.
