Anthony Evans Horsebox rescue

Having broken down yesterday in the horsebox at a showground I felt obliged to post to say what great service Anthony Evans horsebox rescue gave me in a horrid situation!

Luckily for me it was a fairly local show and I only had one horse with me so was able to hack back to the yard. Breakdown cover was with me in about one hour and tried to fix it at the roadside. Sadly for me this was not possible and I ended up having to be towed home! The tow truck, again, was with me within one hour and they were so friendly and helpful.

I'm sure it's been said before, but please make sure you know the postcode of the venue you are going to - this certainly made the arrival of the recovery team quicker and easier!!!

I'm also with Anthony Evans, and the one time I needed them they gave very good service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have Anthony Evans Horsebox Rescue. I'd like to hear from anyone who's actually had their horses recovered by them as I recently had occassion to read the small print on my cover and thinking I might have to change provider next time.

I have Anthony Evans, have only been recovered once, about 4 years ago.

The clutch went on my lorry (its a 7.5 tonne) and they towed us 'flat' with the horse in the back to the yard, and then took the lorry on to the company that looks after it for me. The horse travelled as well as he did normally.

The guy was great, pulled over a couple of times for me to check the horse and was happy to wait for me while I unloaded the horse and lorry (and turned out) before we continued on to the garage.
