Anxious Horse

My horse likes her routine, if anything is different she gets really stressed,because of the weather Ive not been able to do much with her and she is getting really anxious.When I bring her in she wont stand still and will rear whilst tied up,she looks completely wild! I tried ignoring her behaviour last Saturday and she broke 2 lead ropes and then pulled back as I was tacking her up and the saddle landed on the floor attached to the martingale and she got in a right tizzy about it all.Sweating and wild eyed.Brought her in on Sunday and tacked her up and rode her down the road and back,she was fine again.
Would like to stick to a strict routine but not possible since the nights are getting darker earlier.Thinking I may just have to give her the winter off. Anyone else experienced horses like this.??

not horses but my dog displays behaviour and personality traits that would, in a human, be diagnosed as autism. I call her my little autistic dog!
