Any awards I can nominate this young lad for?

There is a young lad ,16 or so , wants to be a paramedic, ponyclub kid ,but cant ride due to an accident. Does everything for his local PC and any other related organisation . Turns up at the drop of a hat and saves the day with his enthusiasm. I so want that he get somthing back . Any ideas?

Our local radio do annual 'local hero' awards - maybe yours does?

I have some vague recollection of a Royal - backed award for outstanding young people - but I can remember which Royal! It's NOT the D of E award I'm thinking of - it's one that recognises exactly that type of commitment and effort in difficult circumstances that your PC lad has shown. Princess Royal?

I just looked up Cubitt awards, as I know they're for volunteers, but you have to have volunteered for over 25 years to be eligible.
