So I am advertising a friends horse for her as she is away on hol for 3 weeks, have just come to do it and can not work out his breeding - what bit means what? which bit do I put in the ad? and is it any good?
Sire; Phyches Image R ASHB XIX (Moatafa / Focus Galliana)
Dam; Bint Cometera Sfi AHSB XVII (Marsianin (SU) / Cometera)
Thankyou

Also in breeding!

Not very good myself but I had a little Arab and I found out all about her from Arabian Lines website, really good, lovely people. There is also a way to advertise on there. I think the Bint line is quite good, I've seen it loads anyway so assuming it's good. You can also search www.allbreedspedigree.com or something like that you will find the lineage on there too. Good luck

Bint just means 'daughter of ...' hence why it is so common, its not an actual line

I would be tempted to leave out the breeding in the add as its not particularly fasionable or maybe just put 'by Psyches Image' as the link to Padrons Psyche may help.

I would put the name of horse your selling and the name of its Sire and Dam in advert, this is important to 'Arab' people. His dam has bred some realy good show Arabs. Arabian lines website have lots of wanted add's for people looking for arabs too. x

I just saw the add, really good not surprised you have 3 people already. From the pics of him he looks like he would make a good endurance horse. Fingers crossed you find him a great home!! Good Arabs like your friends are in high demand - once an arab lover, always an arab lover! x

Yes lots of interest, I have two people just about fighting over him now, one to do endurance, and I have no idea what to do, its quite funny!!
Thankyou for links, I will have a look now
