I am in desperate need of a DR saddle (cant ride one side of him in my GP!) and currently, we really cant afford one. I am saving very gradually (have about £80 at the moment after 2 months saving!! :p) but would really like to think of a way to raise more money. I am willing to do pretty much anything, whether is be working my *rse off, doing sponsored events, or anything else you can think of! Only draw back is my age, (15) so please consider this when putting forward suggestions..

Thankyou guys!! If you have any ideas - weired wonderful or wacky id love to hear themm :D

Mum has everything i would need.. she used to make fleece bandages and stuff like that so i could as her to show me how a couple of times and have a go and see what happens.. Where do you think the best place to advertise would be? Sell a bit on ebay then maybe set up a website??

I would set up an account on E-bay and flog anything that is postable and that you can live without.

I was told the other day, in all seriousness, that apparently dirty 'used' johds and breeches sell like hot cakes on E-bay... If you can stomach thinking about who might be buying them and what they might be doing with them, that might be an interesting, uh, avenue to pursue.

Take a look on the moneysavingexpert.co.uk website you'll get so many ideas on how to save/cut corners and earn money! Great website! :)

Excellent website and lots of good ideas, things like daily clicks, survey sites, and music reviews can add up if you are online a lot.

If you are making things I would try to sell them to contacts first as ebay and websites all have costs that will eat into your profits. Whereas a notice on the noticeboard down the yard costs nothing! :) It isn't easy to make money making things when you work out how long it takes and the cost of materials so I'd focus on trying to earn money through work. Could you do stable chores for people for money or household stuff or get a part time job (at 15 you will only be able to do certain things but worth checking out).

The OP is 15 - not really appropriate to direct them to make online contact of any sort with the type of person who is prepared to buy dirty worn jodhs!!!!
