Any charities campaigning to shut down puppy farms?

Apart from the RSPCA of course.
I'm compiling a list of charities to leave bequests to in my will - and it's a minefield. I have horse ones, overseas aid ones, social problems here ones, a local cat rehoming one and would like a dog one to add. But not just a rehoming one - some of them are very iffy (I know one that is quite simply a money tree for the people who run it) and they do tend to feed the breeding monster. Ideally one that campaigns to outlaw puppy farms - any ideas?
Has to be registered to ensure standards, small enough to make a difference to but big enough to ensure it has the longevity to still be around when I shuffle off, hopefully up to 20 years.

I live in West Wales, notorious for it's puppy farms, licenced and unlicenced. I live in a very rural area and opposite my house was a puppy farm up until about 8 months ago when it shut down as the owner moved. I used to hear up to 80 breeding bitches and their puppies crying, screaming, howling and barking 24/7. The owner had to move quickly and I heard dumped all the bitches round local animal rescue centres. Further down the line I have also heard that the owner has now bought more bitches and is starting up again elsewhere and it's all perfectly legal as they are licenced. So, just dump the dogs on the rescues when not needed as it's allowed.
I contacted a group who campaign very hard to shut these people down but they said that when the council gives them that licence the council really don't want to know and do not enforce any rules/standards or revoke licences equally the rspca (who I have no time for at all) had been round and also did nothing even though dogs were in a metal barn with no lighting or ventilation in extreme heat and 1 had died from fighting. Thanks, Many Tears has been suggested but I am concerned they just provide an outlet for the unwanted bitches. Do you know if Cariad is registered? I'll do some research in the next day or two

Jill Many Tears have just brought in 76 dogs from abroad, they are not a charity but a limited company.

That's a Community Involvement Company (not for profit) rather than charity commission so not so many safeguards.

Thanks, didn't know that, tried looking it up and couldn't find it so did wonder. Personally they are the ones I would support living here right in the heart of the puppy farm world but that's my choice. It is something I would like to get banned completely, after all they did clamp down on battery hens and factory farming and I see puppy farming in the same light and as I have said have witnessed it myself by living nextdoor to it for 1.5 years. It seems many of the campaigns don't register, they would rather keep a low profile because sometimes they are only just on the right side of the law (according to Puppy Love Campaigns). So Cariad might be in the frame after all, I'm waiting for a reply from them.
Such a pity none of the higher profile charities don't get involved with lobbying, rather than just rehoming (finger in the dyke springs to mind )

Its not just a case of keeping the right side of the law Jill, they have to remain anonymous for their own protection, even so they get threatened and worse. Puppy farming is highly lucrative and those breeders do not want to lose it and some will go that extra step to maintain the status quo.

The RSPCA will step in when Puppylove present them with proof but there isnt a charity out there Im aware of that actively fight puppy farming. in some rescues I believe they are pretty close to the puppy farmers so they get the surplus and the old dogs.
