No idea on actual price but I don't think it is that huge a thing... our Dumball van needs one and when I've asked mechanic types they have said it's not that big a problem...

I put one on my Cargo about 2 years ago. I got a recon one for £78 (looked like new). Took me about 15 minutes to install it.
