As an update - completely unsurprisingly I will have to go through small claims to reclaim my funds. I have been contacted about my posting here - obviously dealer is monitoring this thread and unhappy about this despite my factual posts here describing what has happened so far.

There is very much past form for hounding to get anything negative removed, has happened here as well as the Dodgy Dealers pages on Facebook too. Much pressure is put on those who do speak about their experience to get it removed from the public domain.
There is absolutely no need for any 'professional trader' to resort to this.
Finances should be held securely until any offered trial period is over.

Purchasers, please do due diligence, search all that comes up, try out and also vet before taking away, always pay by legally traceable means
