You do when the advert first goes live.... its to give members who have paid the first dibs. Its not expensive to be a member though

Sorry to boycott your post - i wonder if you could help me! I am fairly new to preloved and there is a horse for sale on it that i am very interested in! It was first advertised 19 days ago - so i logged in last week and the only way of contacting the seller is by filling in the online form. So i sent a message about a week ago and had no response so sent another message yesterday with still no luck! Is there any other way i can get in touch with the seller?

Not sure if you got my message. Sadly I don't think there are any ways to find additional contact information, if no phone number shows up.

No worries winchester. You could try emailing Preloved admin, and say you've been trying to contact "xxxxxx" but had no response, and would they be able to put you in contact? They will then contact "xxxxxx" on your behalf saying you've been trying to get in touch, and will give them your email so they can contact you if they want to.

It might be of help I'm not sure. I don't think they have to put up their telephone number in their contact details on Preloved, sometimes it's message only.

Another thing to try is to google the wording of the advert
This may bring up other adverts on different websites by the same seller where contact details may be showing

Thank you for your replies, i have googled details, breeding details, and even tried looking up the person's name on Facebook but no luck!

Will email the preloved Admin see if they can help i guess, dont know what else to try!
