Hello everyone...

It seems all I ever do on this forum is beg for help! :D

As some of you may know, I have bought a lovely TB, he is currently in Ayreshire and I am due to pick him up on the 24/25th Sept.

My transport has fallen through and the driving license I, and my other half, hold won't allow us to drive the LGV.

I am therefore asking if there is anyone available on these days to drive us up to Ayreshire (or transport the horse down from Ayreshire if that is where you are situated).

The horse is 17.3hh.

We of course will pay petrol and £££ per hour to be negotiated (will probably take 6/8hrs)

I thought I would give this a shot before contacting a professional company.

If anyone can help at all PM me.

Thanks!!! :)

Sorry I dont have my own transport but if you need to get a professional transporter, I recommend Eric Gillies. They are fab and quite reasonable for cost.

only have a trailer, but def recommend you contact Gillies, even if you found someone it will be way less stress to let Gillies handle it and they are used to all shapes and sizes and have mega comfy lorries for the giant ned. As a pick up on one of their shared loads it will prob be cheaper too.

There is Ayrshire Transport you could try.
