Have a 3 year old German warmblood mare who has had a bad start in life but still a fantastic prospect for someone, my circumstances have changed dramatically and so seeing as she need starting from scratch thought I would try project horses website. Thought it was a great success as had loads of enquiries but would you believe 4 of them that sounded great all said they could only afford to pay in installments over the next few months (she is up for a minimal amount btw) I cant believe people actively look for horses knowing they dont have the funds, how do they expect to pay for the upkeep???? It amazes me and now I have lost all heart in it and think I will never find her a new mum. Can any recommend a good website for this kind of advert?

Sorry, dont know where best to advertise but good for you for making a hard decision. I totally agree with you, you cant have a horse if you havnt got the money. Soooo many people cant afford it but still have a horse and its the horse that suffers! Good luck with finding a new home

Just advertise her on regular horse sites as an unbroken 3 year old. I wouldn't advertise a youngster on Project Horses personally.
