Any ideas? In dogs as well

Sorry guys but they're all ignoring me there and I'm getting panicked.

Hi,

Long story short, puppy has a spot on her vulva. Its just on the outside but right by the "slit", and its about the size of half a pea, hard, and it doesnt look like a blocked pore because its proud from the surface of the skin if that makes sense, like blocked pores on me arent stuck out from the skin.

No discharge yesterday but today there was quite a lot of creamy/yellowy discharge when i checked today, but the minute I tried to look properly she licked it away.

Any ideas? The vet saw it yesterday when her cast from the leg came off and they all looked a bit worried but told me to bring her back if it changes. Help? Anyone elses dog had this?

She was spayed about 3 weeks ago now xxxxx

If she has a discharge and she was recently spayed you ought to get her back to the vet, maybe she has an infection. Can you take her temperature ? is she drinking a lot ?

My bitches have had odd tiny poisonous spots on their vulva before and it has come to nothing, but if she has a discharge, that's not normal.

She isnt drinking any more or less than normal, and her temperature to touch isnt up (apart from when she came in from sunbathing this morning). Shes not at all bothered by it particularly, not cleaning herself excessively. Do you think the spot and discharge could be unrelated?
