Thinking of taking a holiday to Florence in May. I would like to go riding whilst I am there, nice hack out (my Italian is not good enough for a riding lesson).

I am not a beginner, but I would just want to be walking/trotting (I can't afford to be thrown off/run off with by idiot horse). I wont have a hire car, so easy to get to would be a bonus too, as well as if they supply their own hats (don't really want to have to take mine in hand luggage!)

Another reccommendation for La Fiaba. I worked there for a bit. Sharon is lovely, the horses are all brilliant and there are a few which are ideal for people just wanting to walk/trot. The scenery is just beautiful as well. I can't reccommend it highly enough to you!

It isn't just me who thinks it is great either, check out their reviews on trip advisor. ;)

I keep telling people how amazing it is, because I want people other than me to experience it too!

Hope this helps :)
