Lately my pony has been acting a bit strange when you pick up her right hind leg, she's fine if you hold it low down, but after a certain point when you lift it too high she starts leaning into you and can't seem to balance herself. Especially happens when the farrier is trying to shoe her. Any ideas what it could be? It doesn't seem to be affecting her riding wise and is still jumping nicely. Should I get it checked out?

yes, well worthwhile getting it checked out. Might turn out to be nothing, or might not.

My old SJ girl was exactly like this and it ended up being diagnosed as arthritis of the hock, hopefully mothing like this in your case but definitely worth getting the vet out to make sure you get to the bottom of the problem if it's persistent. :)
