Any news on Tic Toc.

That's very sad, hope they find out for sure one way or another soon though. It's the 'not knowing' that is so torturous. Shame on the people who took him.

I'm quite local and my work takes me round a lot of the water courses in the area, so I'll keep looking and have my colleagues doing the same. We probably go to places no-one else does. They just need to know what's happened.

I've not noticed a request for a team of people to go dyke-walking to to find him but I'm pretty local as well and would happily give up a morning or day to get all the ground covered. I'm pretty sure he'll turn up like the last lost local pony did:(

Yes I'm surprised that hasn't happened.

something similar happened near me years ago when a Shetland was 'stolen' from a paddock. The pony was found 2 weeks later in a ditch not 100m from the field it was 'stolen' from

I always think people are too quick to say "Stolen!"
I never thought Ned was stolen when he left. He'd never run away before, but he had jumped fences before.

Either way, I hope the poor thing is found safe and well. It was hard enough for me when Ned went and was found a few hours later, I can't imagine what the poor child must be going through!

I think you're right in saying that the padlock was removed, sure that was said on the ITV clip as well. I'm still desperately hoping he will turn up safe and sound somewhere, that poor little boy must be devastated this christmas. x

Sadly I don't think he will be found with the big reward you'd think if he had been stolen that they would come forward by now I think he fallen somewhere.

I have been reading some of the updates on TicToc, I also think he has not been stolen. Everyone on the FB group seems to have assumed he has been, I can't see a reason why someone would steal an elderly pony with cushings myself, really hope he is found alive and well wherever he is, but it doesn't look to promising :(

Another who doesn't think he has been stolen sadly.

I am sure I read he was turned out in a field with others, why take an elderly poorly pony and leave the horses? Also the reward stands at about £6k now doesn't it? Much more than he would be worth to anyone with no sentimental attachment to him.

I pray he can be returned safe to his family but I suspect he escaped and got himself into trouble somewhere :(

From what I have read it is assumed that he was removed using a gate that was rarely used. It had a padlock on the gate that was found to be undone. Police say it may have been picked apparently .
There were 2 other ponies in the field and the pony had on a Rhino rug which tbh is probably worth more than the pony (although obviously not to his owners).
The reward has gone down to £1000 now. The £6000 was only if he were returned by Christmas Eve.
The owners say that all surrounding ditches and dykes, field and buildings etc have been searched.
I hope they find out what has happened to him , one way or another, soon.
