A handsome horse like that needs a strong name. Do you need to include the sires name, he is very well known and very successful but he also deceased. If you look a little further back in the pedigree you have Prospect Pride, Pride of Shaunlara, and Milestone. There are no breeding prospects for your gelding so no off spring to name after him.

I also have a Ted, he is a muppet. I think you need to look to the future when naming competition horses. If you give him something a bit weak or fluffy you might regret it when he becomes successful. Good luck with him.
