Any one had any experience with Field & Trial Crunchy?

Hi all, another food question from me ..

Has anyone had any experience with Field and Trial crunchy? I've had a reply from the team and they've suggested i feed that to my 9month sprocker pup, problem is.. i've got a mixed review and having read the details, I am a little worried.. he says it supplies enough stamina/energy for the dog to stay out on the field all day.. problem is Oak gets very OVER energetic easily and i don't want him to go loopy.. the last time he went loopy on food he set fire to my kitchen.. so yes would rather avoid that.

You could drop down to turkey & rice or duck & rice -similar oil but lower protein.
How many times a day does he get to run?

He's out with my OH a lot (he's a farrier) so Oak is constantly running around.. when he's at home with me he's let out on the land every hour or so and walked once.. plus playing with the other dogs!

I was thinking the same, I just have a feeling he'd be high as a kite on the crunchy stuff which seems to be for working dogs.. which Oak isn't yet

Thw working dog label makes it Vat exempt same as greyhound foods.
They do working dog foods for resting working dogs too.

I feed it to all 4 of my dogs. They are not working dogs by any means. If the shop has run out of Crunchy I feed duck and rice. They all have lovely coats and look good on it.
