Any one had any issues with ordering from V Bandz?

I was wondering if any one else has had experience ordering from V Bandz? I ordered some high viz kit two weeks ago, it has yet to arrive. I have tried contacting them via e mail, their face book page, pay pal and ringing them ( no answer) so far I have had no response. I am now at the point where I am going to have to go and buy the kit from a saddlers. If any one has had a similar experience and has any advice on how to get them to respond I would be most grateful.

They were mentioned on another thread on here recently as their delivery times were much slower than normal. Apparently they were inundated with orders after they put an ad in the BHS mag.
 
I ordered from them recently. The delivery was slow, two weeks at least, but it came with a handwritten apology for the delay and a couple of freebies.
The item (a mesh quarter sheet) was of the usual excellent V bandz quality.
Hope you get your goods soon, OP.
 
I had an order take a long time to arrive. I was just starting to think about chasing it up (probably getting on for three weeks, maybe a bit less) when I had an email from them to say my order had just been despatched, they were very sorry about the wait and they had sent me a freebie to make up for it.

I'm very pleased with the products, and sometimes delays happen. I wasn't in a hurry for them though, so I don't know what would have happened if I had got in touch earlier.
 
Thanks for the responses, reassured me they weren't crooks. Sadly it took me raising a dispute through pay pal to get them to respond. They came up with what appears to be their standard response (having read other posts) of inundated with orders and stock issues. Asked me if I wanted a refund, I said if they could dispatch by the following day then no. Heard nothing further. Gave them 5 working days for parcel to arrive. No parcel. Passed dispute to pay pal, recieved a refund within 24 hrs ( which is something positive) , certainly won't be using them again or recommending them.
 
You'll be pleased to know that they should be able to fulfill orders faster now due to a few changes :)

I will always support this brand above all others simply because of the quality and the genuine owner.
 
I ordered a couple of things last Tuesday and no sign of them so far. This thread's been a useful reminder to drop them an email and ask if it's been dispatched yet. Hope so - I wanted them for Sunday!
 
Ditto the others, I've ordered from them a few times and always been 2-3 weeks but with an apology gift included.

I really like their gear so happy to wait, worrying if it's your first time ordering but they are genuine, it will turn up and be worth the wait:)
 
I've ordered from them several times over many years. The last items I ordered did arrive a bit late but they emailed me to tell me they were away at a show and didn't have the items I wanted to post out so they would be late. When they arrived I had several freebies in the packet too.

The quality of their stuff is great so I'm willing to wait for my order to arrive. As an example I've got a set of four leg wraps and a neck band that I bought in about 1996. If you put them next to my new neck band and leg wraps also from v bandz the originals are still in perfect condition, not faded or anything, and they have been washed many many times. If I compare to other brands I've got a set of leg wraps less than a year old and the reflective piping has rubbed off already. Then I have another set that just won't stay done up.

I use at least one set of leg wraps a day so I've tried and laundered lots of different ones and I keep coming back to these.
 
What a shame as the quality of the stuff is great, I have only ordered from them once a few months ago and I'm sure the parcel arrived within a week?
This thread has put me off ordering again though - I'll wait until Your Horse live, they usually have a stand there I think!
