Any one had dealings with Horze?

Has any one bought from Horze?
Just ordered some boots and tried to cancel having realised I’d ordered wrong size and despite agreeing to cancel have now informed me they have sent them. Read some reviews now and feel worried that I wing get this fitted out. Wondered what people’s experience has been if this company.

I have ordered from them and everything was fine but I didn't have any reason to contact them

They have always been fine. But I've never tried to cancel an order or send anything back so I have no idea on that front.

I have stuff I need to send back this week so can't say yet, but I only ordered because a friend told me they were grand for returns. She has ordered/returned a few times with no problems.

I had some trouble a few years ago with 2 bridles I ordered. After much disagreeing and threats to go to Trading Standards my bridles turned up 19 weeks after I ordered and I got a full refund too

I‘ve complained without success about their bogus offers. For instance I would receive an email advising free shipping to ROI if you order this weekend or 20% discount on this item but get charged shipping and full price. Customer services would respond that I was mistaken even after I sent them screenshots of their own website depicting the offers. I won’t use them anymore.

I've always had good experiences with them. They also offer free returns (label included in box) and my returns have always been processed quite quickly.

I've ordered a few times. Once had something that didn't arrive but they were good at sending out a replacement. It wasn't their fault as the original turned out weeks later having gone to a neighbour who had been away for a long stretch.

Last year I ordered a pair of riding tights, they were too small and sent back for next size no problem at all.
My only thing now would be to be wary on their sizing as there was no way I was getting into those tights lol!

I find this with all of their things, their rugs are better for narrow horses I find, and their bridles come up small etc. No issues with the company themselves though in terms of ordering/returns

The exception size wise seems to be the active silicon breeches where I had to go down a size.
