Any one shopped online with Hoofhearted Equestrian ?

Has anyone bought anything from this company and if so what was your experience like? PM if not good news.

Feeling really cheesed off with them as placed an order 10 days ago which has not been sent and had no communication with them to say what the problem is

Can't get them on the phone either- shall i kiss goodbye to my boots and £12?

Yes. Never again. Took weeks to get the stuff, then the order was wrong - wrong size top and wrong item. I did get a refund though, so you will get your money back I expect.

My gut feeling is they do not keep any stock in and so have to order from suppliers, hence the delay, though I have no proof/evidence.

They are a few quid cheaper, but so not worth the hassle.

Thanks SpottedCat-that's good to hear (in a strange kind of way).
They look credible from their website and are paypal verified etc so I didn't think they would be awful but am really disappointed

More so because their machine says "welcome to the answering service. You can't leave a message so please try again later' and the second time it appeared to divert to mobile voicemail.

have left a message on that so hope they get back to me to cancel- i only wanted some nice (but cheap) tendon boots! Derby house sells them but again not in stock so no point trying to get them there!!

I ordered the Harry Hall Santiago jacket and trousers for my son in October and it took about 3 weeks to get to me as well. I agree that they don't actually keep any stock on hand and just order it when they get an order in!
