Hi all,

Supporting a Healthy metabolism, immunity and promoting strong Laminae connection, hoof growth & optimum health.

Pro Laminae + Has been developed to offer advanced nutritional support for a Strong Laminae connection, healthy metabolism, strong Immunity & optimum health.
Containing an excellent balance of vitamins, minerals & amino acids that are commonly deficient in forage, and which are vital for horses and ponies on a restricted diet.
Vitamin A is included as horses & ponies that are overweight & those prone to laminitis are often on restricted grazing & fed predominantly old hay and/or straw.
We have also included -
Mycosorb A + A mycotoxin binder, proven to absorb a wide range of Mycotoxins
Yea sacc & Bio-Mos for a balanced digestion & intestinal health.
Vitamin E & Grape seed extract for antioxidant support & protection against free radical damage.
Taurine to support a healthy balanced metabolism & to help fight obesity & reduce fat pads & cresty necks.
L-Tyrosine to support a healthy Thyroid function and an important amino acid that is a precursor to a number of neurotransmitters related to feelings of well-being .
Hyaluronic acid to help maintain normal healthy joints.
Acetyl - l Carnitine for healthy carbohydrate metabolism and circulation.
Plus a range of B vitamins important for the support of a healthy immunity, healthy skin, blood and hair & the regulation of mental processes and mood.

We recommend additional micronised linseed meal if a horse is fed predominantly hay/haylage , this is for the essential fatty acids that a horse may be short of when grass is restricted. Essential Fatty Acids cannot be manufactured within the body & must be present in the diet.

•Promoting healthy growth & well connected hoof wall
•Strong laminae & healthy sound hooves
•A healthy balanced metabolic system
•Support correct blood sugar levels
•Healthy digestive system
•Strong ligaments ,tendons & joints
•Good joint mobility
•Muscle & nerve health
•Shiny healthy coat and skin
•Improved coat pigment
•Healthy Lungs & breathing
•Good doers on restricted diets
•To help supplement potential deficiencies in grass and forage
•Healthy immune system
•strong liver function
•Antioxidant support
•Safe to feed to horses & ponies prone to Laminitis
Please note - We do not add salt directly to our formulations because it could degrade the vitamins in the supplement & the amount of salt needed is variable depending on how much the horse sweats.
We recommend all horses should have free access to salt, however a salt lick alone cannot be relied upon to cover maintenance & sweet requirements. -
A 500kg Horse needs 10g of sodium per day (25g of salt) for maintenance needs, this is without exercise or sweating on hot days.
1 - 2 tablespoons of table salt per day, added to the horses feed is a reasonable amount to cover maintenance requirements.
Working horses will require additional electrolytes. Dissolving the salt in water & spraying on to hay, can be an alternative option for picky eaters.

Used forage plus pro laminae on my horse who was on box rest following surgery to remove Keratoma.
She looked amazing on it . Lovely shines coat, dapples looked amazing. Even her thick coarse Irish mane started to become silky.
Her hoof had some good growth from the coronary band and was looking really promising. Sadly her pedal bone rotated further due to the hoof wall defect and the failure of vet/ farrier to take X-rays and correct her hoof before shoeing. She was put to sleep .
Would use forage plus laminae + again . In fact I've got a whole new tub waiting for new horse , when I find her that is.
