Hi all I'm a new user. I would like to know if anyone else has has any dealings with this company Joshua Jones. I went to the nationals in September to watch my trainer, I had for a long time promised myself a new pair of dressage boots and my husband said he would buy me a pair, we trawled round the shops and came across Joshua jones they lady was very nice and showed me lots of boots none of which fitted. She said she could order me a pair and would send them to me. We paid a deposit of £200.00 the boots were £649.00 they arrived on 14th December and I was so disappointed they didn't fit and they looked cheap and plasticky like PVC I sat and cried so contacted Joshua Jones to be told they were at Olympia, then to be told they were closed for Christmas then that I should bring the boots back to them in person as they have never had an unhappy customer. Then that they were in Germany. I have phoned and left messages and sent emails that have not been replied to.
Help! i never complain about anything and have no idea what my rights are any advice or help would be much appreciated.
