Only purchased once and paid for item, they emailed to say it had been posted next day before 1pm (Vaccine for sheep) and I waited in but it never arrived. Seems it was out of stock but they'd failed to tell me. I asked for order to be cancelled after being messed about for a week but they still sent item. Left hand didn't know what right hand was doing lets hope they've got better!
