Any reasonble diy yards banstead/chipstead/kingswood??

Im looking to move my pony who was broken last year from a rented field into a yard with a school and reasonable hacking to bring him on and eventually get him a sharer/loaner. I already have my other horse in kingswood but there is no more stables spare there. I've been looking online etc but cant find much. I know a few with spaces but have heard bad things about them. Any ideas?

I believe Allmanor do a few diy liveries (but are mainly part/full/comp livery i think???) - but may be worth a try. Gd luck in finding somewhere.

Allmanor was sold over a year ago so is no longer open.
I know a few in the chipstead and banstead area, what ones have you heard of and i can give you an idea of who to avoid plus i might know a few that might suit.

Thanks everyone! I have a few in mind but cannot move him yet as my other pony has come back from her loan home. So they are keeping each other company in the field at the mo!
