I know a few people who have bought really nice horses from Rebecca Dudley. http://www.rdhorsesforsale.com/ I think she sources them.

Jock Merriman sources horses from Holland and you can go with him abroad to his contact over there and try a number of horses on the same day from his yard. They arrange vetting and transport. You can get a really nice WB for about £3-£4k from there, the price goes up as soon as they are imported into the UK and 'schooled for sale'.

I've filtered there for dressage horses and as you can see - you can get a lot of bang for your buck. It's always worth emailing someone in English - everyone speaks English... Or, register on the forum and ask for dealer recommedations.
