Any spair ((vibes))..Dog just been run over!!!

As title says...my poor pup has just been runover...she dashed out the house as my grandma arrived straight out infront of a car

We rushed her straight to the vets....she was just lay there in a heap crying

Queary fractured pelvis and back left hind and was bleeding from her toes..nerve damage as she cant bare weight on front left and cant feel any fractures

Any spair (((vibes))) going would be much appreciated

She is only just over a year and had such a hard life so far (she was rescued)
