Any Springer Spaniel People??

Evening all.

WOndering if anyone can help me - A while ago I adopted a Springer spaniel who had worked all his life and needed to retire. Well today we've got his papers so just trying to read up on his mum and dad really.

Dad - Gorsty Bede
Mum - Beechcrofts Bonnie

Any information would be greatly appreciated, he's a lazy lump but we all love him just interesting to find these bits and pieces out.

oh ravenswood he is very nice, so the swedish blood no wonder it looks at me with a blank face when i tell him to get off the couch!!

We lost our springer a few years ago

He was the best dog ever, so laid back and soft, not a nasty bone in his body. He was a real old fashioned springer, looked more like a field spaniel in terms of body shape.
The only bit of his breeding I can remember is Courtman Lane, and possibly some Badgercourt.

We have working cockers now, I would love a springer again, but only if it was a proper old fashioned onelike Midge was!
